Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

If you've ever wondered why going outside always makes you feel better, come learn what science is saying about how nature can heal our bodies, minds, and spirit. We will talk about the benefits of spending time outdoors, and then we will put our new knowledge into practice with a forest hike.

Program Fee:
Free for Society members
$8 per family for nonmembers

Location: Flag Ponds Nature Park

Reservations are required.

The schedule of events is subject to changed based on the status of the coronavirus response, weather, staffing, and other situations that may arise. If Calvert Nature Society or Calvert County Natural Resources Division cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
